Equipment
Airfryer
Ingredients
1 pound salmon filet, skin removed and cut into 1 inch chunks
2 teaspoons olive or avocado oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon coconut sugar or brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
lemon wedges, for serving
thinly sliced green onion, for serving
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
Add the salmon pieces to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with oil.
Next add the seasonings and use your fingertips to toss until the salmon is well coated.
Place the salmon pieces in the basket of the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Shake the air fryer basket halfway through cooking to ensure that the salmon bites cook evenly.
Remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and squeeze a bit of fresh lemon over top before serving.
Note
Store leftover salmon bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 to 3 days.
Reheat in the microwave, a hot skillet with a bit of oil, or the air fryer at 350 degrees just until warmed through.
