All stress isn't bad. Everyone needs a little stress in our lives, some types are actually good for us. The anticipation of a first date, starting a new job, having a baby- these all make us feel alive. Without this kind of “good” stress life would feel dull and unfulfilled.
It looks like your stress level is in a good place for you to live a healthy, balanced life. This is a great place to be, especially as a Black woman! However it doesn't mean that you won’t feel the effects of stress; beginning and or expanding stress-management techniques now will go a long way to maintain your sense of well-being.
